Shipping and Returns
Made to Order pieces have a 2-6 week production time. Pieces marked ready to ship, please allow 5-7 business days to arrive prior to item being shipped. With pieces marked Made to Order please allow 7-10 days to arrive prior to the item being shipped. All jewelry is packed in a cotton-lined jewelry box inside of a small package.
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail.
International shipping: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. There may also be additional shipping fees charged once the package arrives in your country to facilitate delivery to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you need to add insurance to your package, please upgrade to this shipping option at purchase.
Adorning Luna LLC is not responsible for theft or items stolen in the mail.
Should you have any concerns with your order, please contact me within 7 days after delivery. Subsequently, the item can then be sent back within 14 days of arrival in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, I will issue you a refund within 2 business days.
Sale items, customs, made-to-order CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Please be 100% sure of your size, design preference, and any budgetary considerations before purchasing.
You must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges, if applicable, will only be refunded if there was an error on my part.
To protect your return, please use the original packaging and purchase a trackable shipping service with insurance. I unfortunately cannot approve returns for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail during the return process.
